Add-on cards for magnus

I have recently received my Magnus card. When I called customer care regarding add on cards , he said that add on can only be applied through branch. In Magnus we can take 4 add on cards as complementary and only the primary card holder is required to visit with add on documents like aadhar , pan , and photo .

Is there anyone who has gone this path and got the addons??

My RM is currently processing the same. He has sent first an approval email, once he receives the approval for Add on cards, then he will process after that. But yes, add can only be done from Branch.

Yes Priority Account. An approval is required for Add on, that only RM can take
