Advice for Icici account opening

I wanted to open just a regular savings account in ICICI after being frustrated with SBI. So I went through videos and their website, and found they have regular savings account with 10k and 25k mab, so I just wanted to open the 10k MAB account and applied on their site.
But the representative told me that they are only able to open Family 360 account and I wont need to maintain any balance since I have a credit card with enough limit and that regular savings account is not available in metro cities.
I don’t really believe this tho and honestly I dont want any of that account features and need just a regular savings account, anyone faced this issue?

In metro cities icici currently opens only privilege banking services where family banking possible and once account opening done one have to fund 1lac and keep it for a month or something then its lifetime zero balance it seems

They always work on hidden sales targets
When i spoke with the manager at my branch on some other issue he asked me to keep a high balance on account for next 3 months
So they all work together for a march 31st year end

Kindly scroll to 2-3 icici branches in your city & check that same situation is present or not.
