Axis Magnus Air Canada Aeroplan points reversed

Hello,

I'm Axis Magnus burgundy customer. For last 1 week I'm facing strange issue with miles transfer to Aeroplan. I have entered proper account number and transferred about 9600 points to air Canada from burgundy points redemption request is taken and debited from points but next day they are reversed and credited back to my account. I have tallied the name also in Aeroplan and my card is same . It happened 4 times now. Not sure why it's happening as such. Anyone can guide me on resolving the problem? Thanks in Advance

Air Canada has lot of issues. Be greatful that points are reversed. People are struggling with air Canada points and not being able to use it.

I have a sector to be booked for which ticket is available to book. Only for that I was transferring points

Air Canada has lot of issues. Be greatful that points are reversed. People are struggling with air Canada points and not being able to use it.

Problem does not seem to be at Air Canada side. It's at axis where they are reviewing transaction and rejecting for some reason for conversion

Air Canada is probably one of the worst options of group A

When Accor is the competition, nothing else can stand a chance in group A.. Aeroplan would have been a decent option for Group B

I will support Air Canada. I have used them for my last trip in June. It was good and it gives best Points value for West Travelling.

It depends on the route/sector. Every airline has some sweet spot. We need to find that. One of the good reason for air Canada is u have have a stopover for just 5000 points.

For Dubai, Air India Business class from DEL-DXB is just 20k points and Eco for 12.5k . I guess best option for this route !

Best i saw was economy flights to Europe for 25K miles and 7500 taxes one way.

india to europe 25K miles is standard.. U have to wait for some offer then u might get it around 18000miles + Tax

its due to pilot strike!! Its temporary!!
