What is the best way to book Air France Award Ticket? I can book it using Flying Blue Miles but is there another way?

Anything special? why only Air France?
taxes are high for Air France.
you can book air india using life miles 90K + about 35$ tax business class return.
Turkish miles can be used to book air india business class return for 60K miles + low tax.

I was looking specially for Air France as my colleagues are travelling on that. Otherwise Turkish Airlines is goto anytime. Seeing the higher Miles requirement + taxes, I thought if there was a workaround. Like booking on partner airlines.
