Can anyone explain these options for excess baggage presented by air india?
Based on the prices, I presume "piece bag" is for an additional bag up to 23kg and "heavy piece bag" is for any excess weight over 23kg for already included bags?
I haven't seen anything more confusing and with no explanation whatsoever!
