I used the Air India Spend and Earn on Partners → Apple partner link a few days ago to buy an iPhone 17. ( Earn 4 points per 100)
Before making the purchase, I checked their exclusions list carefully — iPhone 17 series was NOT listed as excluded. So I went ahead with the order expecting Maharaja Points.
Today, I checked again and the exclusions list has been updated and now suddenly includes:
I contacted Air India and they asked me for the invoices — I’ve already shared all documents they requested. Now I’m waiting for their response.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this before?
What do you think — will they actually credit the points based on the older terms, or is this going to be a dead end?
If they deny, where should I escalate further?
Thanks
