sorry to say, but this does not look good.
the entire points-miles system was made for people with spending capability to utilize the benefits, not sell it off.
I hope the public will realize it sooner than later, otherwise restrictions like aeroplan will come up on krisflyer and others also.

Aeroplan used to show award availability with available seats for air india. It used to be very helpful
