Axis Magnus Airport concierge service timings restricted?

Hi,
I am currently in Athens and was just trying to book the Axis Magnus)Reserve airport concierge service for arrival in Mumbai at 2.40 AM. When making a booking, we have to enter the time of arrival/departure in hours and minutes, and to my surprise, I see that the hours in the drop down menu are only between 6 and 23! So I could not go ahead with the booking. Can someone please confirm this? In the past, I've made quite a few concierge bookings for service between midnight and 6 am (which is when a lot of flights arrive/depart from Indian airports). Is this some new restriction by Axis Bank?!

Which date are you booking for? It is available from 21st onwards. Looks like for 20th June, some times are fully booked.

I recently booked for a midnight meet and greet. But now I've absolutely no faith on axis concierge. I've preponed my cab to reach 3-4 hrs before flight time !!

You're right, it was actually my mistake. I attempted to book the service less than 48 hours before my flight. That's why the late night hours were unavailable. But on the other hand, if one books the service much earlier, Axis won't even send a confirmation until like a day or 2 before one's flight 😀

Last time I booked, I got a confirmation mail immediately. But yes, the meet and greet executive only call around 8-9 hours before the flight for other details.

I did receive a confirmation email from Axis for the M&G recently. The Pranaam executive called about 4 hours before the flight departure.

Inside the airport, everything went well. I was in the 080 lounge in just 30mins since I entered the airport.

Honestly it is becoming torture and mental pain relying on them. Just for business security check-in so much time loss in follow up. Worth it ? 🙄

Totally not worth it, atleast for the flight I went in. Even without then I would have probably taken like 5-10mins more that's it.

For domestic it's good, it does save a lot of time in check-in and security.

Using this for the first time for international flight (departure). Can anyone please let me know which time (Hours, Minutes) should I enter here? Is it my arrival time at the airport OR flight departure time?

Also, are children below 5 years considered as accompanying guests?
