Airtel Axis card weird error upon first usage

Got my Airtel Axis card today, activated pin, domestic usage and everything, when paying bills in airtel thanksapp before mobile OTP page this page comes with the message as contact details are not available with the bank, called customer care, they are asking me to visit branch for no reason. Anyone had a same problem and resolved?

LOL, i was holding my Airtel bill till this card arrived, now i have to chase Axis Bank to resolve this.

My mobile number is updated in app with double 9191xxxxxxxxx, will that could be a problem? Yet i get OTP for changing transaction limit and other stuffs. But not online transaction

I updated PAN card photo in app, that is still pending, without completing that it's not allowing anything else to update

Yeah Airtel app also done, it's not have any much control, just enable disable online transaction or ATM transaction.

U wl have setting like this in airtel app. Where i have to enable online trqnsactions. Also u have to set pin on ur card
