Airtel Axis card weird error upon first usage

Got my Airtel Axis card today, activated pin, domestic usage and everything, when paying bills in airtel thanksapp before mobile OTP page this page comes with the message as contact details are not available with the bank, called customer care, they are asking me to visit branch for no reason. Anyone had a same problem and resolved?

If I didn't do any transaction in 30 days card automatically gets closed

FINALLY, it's resolved now. The reason as per customer care, permanent address email id is empty, so after a long struggle, it's updated and working now.
