Airtel Axis Credit Card Applying Error

Hello Guys,

For past one week, I'm getting this error eventhough all details entered are correct.

I'm using a alternate number to apply different from registered number with axis flipkart card.

Let me know if the issue is with using different number or some other thing might be the cause?
