Airtel Broadband bill not found on all BBPS systems (STD code issue perhaps)

I live in Jaipur and my airtel broadband no. is 0141 abcd xyzv - total 8 digits after the std code. This no. is not taken by any of the payment applications which use BBPS systems in the backend. Says enter correct landline no. etc.

What to do?

Is it an Airtel Black plan? If it is, then the only option is the Airtel Thanks App.

Actually, my this month's quota for Axis Airtel card got exhausted. I thought of paying the broadband bill via Amazon - Rupay Platinum debit card (20% off offer).

Of course, through Airtel app I can pay.
