Airtel Payment Bank - Upi Transaction Issue

I made a transfer of 25k from my airtel bank to my icici account via UPI payment mode from airtel thanks app. Amount got deducted from my airtel bank account but not credited to icici account. It's been more than 24 hours now. Airtel team is saying it's success from their end and ICICI is saying they haven't received any money. What can be done in this case. Please help.

Get a UTR number from Airtel bank.
Cross check the account details you sent the money to, look for any errors.

Also don't forget to ask for compensation of Rs.100/day from the entity who's at fault.

I created my account today and was adding money through IDFC Debit Card and the transaction failed + amount debited from IDFC account.

Not only unable to add they also bought stupid charges for sms and maintenance fee
