Airtel Wifi recharge only giving 10%

For last two month paying airtel wifi bill was only giving 10% only using airtel axis credit card.

What can i do now? Is there anyway to get the remaining amount?

Airtel Wifi comes under the Utility category that's why you are getting 10%

Yes, pay other utility bills like gas, electricity, DTH. Till 2500 (Total Bill Amount) you will receive 10% (250) CB every month.

If the above is true then they need to rewrite this doc properly..
If airtel wifi doesn't qualify for 25% CB, then why did they include that in their official doc ??

This is not true. I am paying my wifi bill every months which is more than 1000 but due to cap i get 250 Cb every month. Just checked last statement as well to verify the same.

Mine is not part of black. Is standalone Wifi bill of ~1200. Got 250 return on that.

No. Broadband is not considering by default under black unless you opt for it. As black gives the same with some discount by combining it with other service.

I can confirm that Airtel Black users get 25% off. My friend has airtel black (WiFi and DTH). This seems like news to me as well. If it's actually only 10%, then it's a solid case for ghar kalesh.

After all, alone WiFi is Airtel product too.

I checked my Airtel Thanks app it shows Airtel Landline is also included for 25% CB

I pay only WiFi bills bro. I get 25% upto 250 CB every month.
Also I saw a screenshot somewhere that there is a devaluation coming that is, new connections will not be included in 25% CB. Only old connection bills are getting 25% CB.

I would suggest try contacting axis cc over mail and ask for clarification in form of TnC document. If they fail to provide the same raise grievance using existing TnC document which mention 25% cb for Wifi ttoo. The screenshot one which is mentioned by @SSV in his comment. As it says Wifi. There is no mention of black in that pdf

I too have airtel wifi and dth combined in a black package for 1099 ( 200mbps speed) .
As I clubbed my airtel prepaid mobile with this account I get rs 100 off of my monthly bill. Then it comes to 999 monthly bill of black,.for which I get 250 back which effectively comes to 750 pm, which is a great deal.in my opinion..
