Platinum Travel card here, I do not know if the charge cards have better service. What I encounter is that the agents, while they are very articulate and knowledgeable, they are too rushed in their dealings. I know all customer care executives are judged on metrics like time spent per call etc, but I found Amex CC to be too eager to get me off the line. I am not senile by any means, but I do need some breathing space to gather my thoughts and frame my queries when I have multiple doubts on a matter. But these agents seem to want us to be as quick as they are, which is not done, because they do this for a living and I don't.
