Someone recently hacked my Amazon account and tried using Amazon Pay and Amazon shopping vouchers. Since I reported the incident to Amazon, they froze my account and reversed the vouchers 1st time, but the account got hacked again in no time, and the vouchers were again spent online.
After Amazon cleaned up my account, they said the vouchers would be credited in 2-3 days, but as expected, they were not credited to my account. The email of account cleanup was sent from "no-reply[at]amazon.in"
I tried reaching Amazon customer care via Chat and Call, but these call centre people don't know much about Account security and recovery. They just deal with order-related issues.
Does anyone here know any higher authority email ID or phone number where I can register my complaint in Amazon?
