Looks like your statement is generated mid month. What I have read through this forum is, this September month cashback calculation ends on Sept 30 and it will posted in next statement. Current month calculation is still ongoing and so it is not captured in this statement.

Let's assume your statement is on 20th Sept so you'll only be shown rewards from 1 August to 30th August. From sept 1 to sept 30 will be shown in October statement.
