Amazon Pay card application got stucked.

Hi Everyone,

I applied for the Amazon Pay icici Credit Card on 9th August, then, completed the Video-KYC on the same day i.e, 9th August. But till now there is not any status update by them. It just shows application received , they made a CIBIL Enquiry and, also fetched the CKYC record. But, No single update till now. I wonder why it is taking so many days after applying. The CC guys also doesn't know anything about the update. Has this happened with anyone before.

Did the same. Then, I got a automated reply for waiting 10 days. Its been more than 12 days since I applied. I don't know why it is taking so much time.

It also happened to me, it's in pending status since 13th sept

I mailed them, and asked for resolution, then I got a call from ICICI Hyderabad office. They told me that your Aadhar Address is incomplete, (even they did Vkyc) , i don't know how they completed my kyc. They told me to update the address in Aadhar to resume the application forward or do the offline method.

So, I chose the offline method.

They de-linked my existing application manually and then I filled it up again, and opted for Offline KYC.

Now, this time the Card got approved after 1 day of Offline KYC.

Can You guide me through the process please, how the offline kyc has gone also share the mail address of icici bank do you live in Hyderabad since you got a call from Hyderabad office.
