Amazon pay credit card application stuck

I uploaded my salary slip and bank statement for 3 months but again and again I get the message that documents submitted were not clear. What should I do?
Customer care for amazon pay icici credit card is horrible, I called them twice and after talking for couple of minutes they acted as if my voice is not audible and disconnected the call 🙁

They provided a mail with the application. Tried replying, but mail said couldn’t reply. Tried mail from technofino community, they took ages to reply to ask for 9-10 documents. Could you or anyone share an active email id for icici bank related to credit card??

Also is this a common issue or am I missing something while uploading @anirbanm

Have your Card approved? What is the latest application status? My story is similar they are asking to upload salary slip and bank statement again and again.
