Amazon pay icici credit card cashback problem

I have Amazon pay icici credit card.on 3 rd February I took Amazon prime shopping edition membership.on 6 th February I ordered a mobile price worth 10999 using my Amazon pay credit card on Amazon.on 21 febuary my bill generated.but i received only 329 rupees cashback that is 3% not 5%.i called bank and mailed them many times but they didn't help me.they also said you are not prime member so you will not get 5% cashback in our system you are registered as non prime member.so contact amazon.then I called Amazon customer care they everytime register my complain.but nothing came out.now 1 month has passed.please help me my money got wasted on prime membership and I am not receiving benefit also.

I think we need to have Amazon Prime membership (1499 per yr) but in your case it seems to Prime SHOPPING Edition which might be considered as Non-Prime.

Where does the cashback get credited for 1% other merchant?

I bought a MacBook for a friend and I can see ~1000 RP in my CC statement. I don't see anything in Amazon Pay transaction section as of yet.

all 5%,2%&1% cashback will be credited to ur amazon pay balance within 3days of statement generations.
