I was just exploring the ICICI Amazon Pay card to apply; I just saw that the base reward rate for Cashback is reduced to 3%

Is it the case with all existing holders? Was it due for changes??

5% for Prime members, 3% for non-prime!

You are probably not a prime member and hence, able to see 3% only.
