Amazon pay ICICI - Salary Slips requirements for- Approval

Hi Experts,

Being weekend, One friend applied today, for Apay ICICI credit card. All done successfully. He asked me -

1- Approval time?
2-Do he needs to download ICICI ipay etc app ?
2-Got the mail, to send Salary Slips etc to icici mail id, and send from official mail id.
But as per him his job is internally and company don't encourage outside mails/download etc are blocked/filtered.

4- Although KYC done, applications no generated, if he don't send anything, will it impact on limit or on approval of application ?

5- Next 30-40 days he will be busy in year end work, if anything has to be done, he can do now.

6- His Cibil is above 810, He holds 1 or 2 cards Max.

Pls advise.

I can only speak for me and my experience. I got the same email and even before sending them the required information in the email, I had received the approval SMS. The time difference between receiving this email and the approval SMS on my phone was hardly an hour or two. This was in Nov 2023.

Friend told me, he asked cust care, but they said everything done at his end, now it's ICICI part to do rest.

Only that mail made him confused 🤔

I suggested him to wait till Monday Noon, If any call/mail comes asking to submit docs, than only initiate as of now.

May be Sunday is a off for them too.
