Amazon pay not received from Amazon app even after 8 hours of payment.

When I buy vouchers of Amazon pay on Amazon app, they usually come to my email in 1 minute

Last night I bought some Amazon pay vouchers and they came after 1 or 2 hours.
But the last voucher has not yet come even after 8 hours. It is showing as "not yet sent" on the order page on my Amazon app.

How to contact customer care and give a complaint about this Amazon pay gift voucher not yet sent?

Regarding the merchant website which accepts Amazon pay as payment for his goods and services, how much commission does the merchant website have to pay Amazon?

Thanks, both call and chat have registered a complaint, some technical issues.
I have to wait for 48 hours, max 5 days to get Amazon pay e-voucher which usually comes in 1 minute!

Because Amazon can create millions of Amazon pay out of thin air, without any government control.
And sell these gift vouchers for thousands of crores of real money

Wow... And can create goods also out of thin air which u will buy using these vouchers...

Why did you get refund? For how much amount can we buy voucher from amazon in a month? I tried buying 20,000 Rs. gift voucher, it says max allowed is 10k, so is this for one txn or in total we can buy only 10k GV in amonth.
