Amazon Pay UPI not working?

Unable to use Amazon Pay UPI for any payment, even the check balance is not working since at-least 1st November. Same bank account works fine in other apps.

Amazon customer support is tossing the complaint from one team to another.

Deregister upi account and register again

Do you have the latest version of the app? Amazon have been giving clear alerts that UPI would work only with the latest version.

I am facing another issues , i am able to check account balance using upi, but not able to transfer money or pay using scan. It Always says mobile device or number change detected please verify, i do verify but again in loop ask to verify
