Amazon Updated my KYC without my permission

I am a user of Amazon Pay Later for nearly 3 Years. But now I have more than 5 Credit cards so I don't need it. But I didn't close it as I was waiting for its KYC expiry. They extended the expiry date multiple times. But didn't do anything. Few days ago I got a letter from Axio which I wasn't expecting. My loan acc number, my credit limit was written in it. I couldn't find any reason for that Letter. But today I got this email from amazon. My KYC is updated. But I haven't don done anything. What's wrong with Amazon?

Write an email to Amazon and to Axio PNO for account closure.


now 2 cases possible :

they will close the account (they did within a week in my case)

or they will not in that use the email which you sent initially as basis and file a case at RBIO and ask for 10x Limit Value as compensation.
