I did the vkyc today. Called customer support they said it’s for final decision
Do i need to upload income proof?
Check you email. In some cases income docs wont be required
For us , who are from non serviceble locations , any way to get an amex ?

I had applied for amex platinum travel card through a referral link of my friend on 25th Jan. Showing provisionally approved. Still to receive Vkyc link, getting daily mails that someone from Amex will contact, but no one has called yet.
@BestBanker hello , i applied and got declined 5 days ago, i didn't get to do the vkyc , as soon as i clicked it , it said application completed.
today i read your reply in other query regarding 90 day old kyc gets pulled. (i also applied and was rejected in november 2022 too)
so now that i have reapplied and rejected 5 days ago will 90 days period for old vkyc restart from now or will continue since last rejection since november?

Hey man! Mind if I pm you? My friend needs help with his application considering inspite of uploading his ITR he again got an email to upload his income docs
Should download and share same ITR copy. Not the photo of printed copies.
Ask whether its the same copy that he has downloaded. Not to change file name .
