Help me get a amex cc, as it shows it’s not serviceable at my pincode.

If its not serviceable then that bank is not for you. Because if any issues arises and if they say approach 'so and so' branch location, u cant travel that much distance. There is a reason banks put that restriction, its both for us and banks.
