American Express upgrade to Metal: 135k reward points. Worth it?

Been using Amex reserve, got an email for 135k points if I upgrade to Metal. I have been regularly getting upgrade emails but this one seems best.


Is it worth it in terms of the annual fees of 60k? What are your thoughts.
