Amex accepting only Rupay debit card

I was trying to pay my Amex credit card bill through Burgundy mastercard Debit card but it shows error and message says that Only Rupay Debit cards are allowed. Very surprising that Amex is accepting only Rupay debit cards 😏

It is using Bharat Billpay platform for payments, in that only RuPay cards are accepted for payment.

It's not Amex. It might be the platform limitation from where you are trying to pay.

Agree. Amex is mostly not accepted anywhere and they have a payment partner who also makes it difficult to make payment to them 😂
