Amex Direct debit not reflected in bank account

Got direct debit email from amex “Thanks for the payment” . app also shows 0 due balance .

but my bank ( HDFC ) doesn’t show any transaction, nor the amount got deducted .

confused!

Close HDFC account and run 🏃💨

On a serious note it may reflect after sometime and if it does not sit back and relax until your amex is paid.

Keep a screenshot proof of amex paid 🙂
