What does this mean? Has anyone gotten it before? I was shown conditionally approved with 2.5-3L with no docs. It didn't ask me to upload any documents too before and after VKYC. Applied on Smartearn on Saturday and did VKYC same day.

Would they do any physical verification? I wouldn't mind that but I am travelling for work so I wouldn't be at there home or office for next 5-6 days. Thanks for the heads up about call I'll turn off silence unknown caller thingy - otherwise I'll surely miss them.

This is routine nowadays.

This is usually followed by the vkyc mail. But if you have already completed vkyc, There'll be an option to upload documents in the mail with vkyc link, you can try that.

You should be receiving approval email in 2-3 working days if everything is fine

I haven't heard of any physical verification in recent times, so you can relax

That’s strange thing! There is not. Also no reminder emails too like people get. Anyways will wait for approval / call for docs or any clarification they have.

Did you get same email also? You got option to upload docs? I can't see that for some reason and no reminders for same too. Also verification happened at home or office?

Got the vkyc and upload docs link on 12th, did same day. Physical verification at home after two days. After that silence, no update, no mail, no tracking on website.

Got the card shipped mail today. Prior to that received sms from CERSAI that my CKYC was fetched by American Express.
Took 15 days. Applied for Platinum Charge.

Ah, okay. I think they do physical verification only in case of charge cards most of the times.
