received mail from amex for my platinum charge

offer seems withdrawn since today morning. None of the products listed in Flipkart shows the offer ( discount was showing up till 10AM today ).
Amex platinum helpline wanted me to check with Flipkart, which I won't , as the offer was received from AMEX, not Flipkart.
How could they withdraw the offer whereas offer validity is clearly mentioned in offer mail???
