Amex for rental payment and reward milestones

I am planning on getting Amex Plat Travel card as i have monthly rent of 40k to pay
Since with this i can achieve 4lac milestone i want to know best way to get there:

1) been going through few threads which suggest using housing.com
2) some suggest through mobikiwik wallet uploads
3) can i use amazon gv to get rewards and pay the rent via Apay upi

What would be the best course of action to get maximum from my situation

Amazon Pay Wallet doesn't support AMEX Cards for wallet addition

Not even with 2.4% of charges that they impose ?!
So what be done here any other tried and tested methods ?
