Amex fraud transactions help

someone gained access to my gmail and did fraud txns of around 44000 using my amex card .. he might have used otp recived on gmail and deleted the otp on email .. i immediately contacted amex cc and raised the complaint ... what are the chances that my transactions will be reversed ?
