Amex Gfytr not working - MRCC, Gold card practically useless

My Amex MRCC and Gold card are not working on Amex Gfytr platform after I used them once with different phone numbers. Now they are not even working with 1 mobile number. The money gets deducted but vourcher is never delivered. On checking with Gfytr helpline, they just refund the money but are not able to deliver vourchers, without giving any reasons.
As a work around I got a Gold supplementary card, even that didnt work inspite of using a different card and mobile number!

Escalate with Amex, they will resolve the same for you with Gyftr.

try buying vouchers from amazon for MRCC

Looks like you got banned for using the same email id for different cards.

Amex's Gyftr implementation has a stupid system in place that bans users who use same number or same email id for different cards although same person can have upto 3 cards and a lot of folks of trifecta . It doesn't always happen but it definitely does happen for folks randomly.

I was one of those. After almost a month of fighting with them, I got unbanned. One of my numbers and email id is still banned. I was specifically told to use a combo of unique number + unique email with a specific card. If you want to use that with a different card you need to wait for 30 days so it resets.

Talk to Gyftr customer care again, ask them if your number is blocked.
