Hi - I have received a spend based offer with vouchers upto 15k on a spend of 150k along with 5X rewards. I wanted to understand if puchase of gold coins in Flipkart or similar is an eligible spend.

Dont think so. As in the TnCs for the 5x rewards, it clearly says Gold coins on Flipkart/Amazon/Cliq not acceptable. But looks like Tanishq could be an option as it is a reward partner for the multiplier program and no exclusions are there in the TnCs

nope i got the same offer of 2x with 15k for MRCC

the multiplier bit depends on the card variant, the rest of the spend based voucher is the same i think

It is split in 3 slabs. 3k vouchers for 50k spend / 5k vouchers for 75k spend / 15k vouchers for 150k spend. Decent voucher options - Flipkart / Myntra / Cliq are the better ones + Some luxury brands

and most important point is below (go for above offers only if below condition ok)

I see the option of Flipkart, Myntra and Cliq in the TnCs. Also is this for Plat card? Do you get 2X points on the usual 5X? I dont seem to see that anywhere.

this is for purchase options, you can spend upto 1.5L in any of these products/vouchers as per your requirement.

Apologies but i am pretty confused now 🙂

I understand the offer as spend upto 1.5L on any of their reward multiplier partners including buying vouchers from gyftr.

Upon reaching the qualifying spend, you will get the option to choose an e-voucher from any of the ones mentioned in my screenshot (including Cliq, Myntra, Flipkart).

Are you talking something else? Amex does really make this complicated 😂

I couldn't find this information in that AMEX link, so as of now if these vouchers they're providing for spends upto 1.5L, I wouldn't purchase. If you like these vouchers or do not believe it, its upto you

I think they are doing it differently, may be with the Card variant. I do have Flipkart, Myntra and Tatacliq in addition to those above.

Also, do you have to meet the spend target through reward multiplier shopping only? Or do all spends count? Like if I spend 5L on some random website.
