had applied for amex platinum travel card through a referral link of my friend on 25th Jan. All the required details filled, but now since last 4 days getting same auto generated mail that someone from Amex will contact me for further processing but no update on it till date. Also am yet to receive the link for video kyc. Contacted cc and they are telling to wait. Is this the normal flow for Amex applications?
