Amex Platinum Travel card for Hospital bills

Hi, a gentlemen suggested that we can use Amex for Hospital spends, I have decent amount bill coming up tomorrow and hospital accepts Amex card, if I pay using the card:

- will I get reward points?
- will my yearly quota relieved

Yes you will get the normal reward points as it is a normal offline spend (healthcare mcc)
Yes yearly milestone will be considered.

Amex platinum is one of the best cards for this. Another option is AU Lit.

There are no such exclusions in Ambulance for spends related to hospital for medical expenses. yes, you can achieve your mile stone benefit.
