Starting this year, I received an upgrade offer from AMEX to convert my MRCC to Platinum Travel that came along with 2500 Amazon voucher.
Upon contacting customer care, they mentioned that I would receive the same within 120 days from offer end date, which was 31st January.
Anyone else who might have received similar offer and upgraded, have you received the amazon voucher yet?
Also, does anyone have the PDFs related to the same?
