Amex reapplication query

Hi folks, one of my family members vKYC was not successful as the recently updated Aadhar address was refreshed in DigiLocker & was reflecting the old address. The representative informed them to wait for 2-3 days for the rejection email & then reapply after refreshing DigiLocker.
Is it really possible to reapply after 3 days? Isn’t there a waiting period if the KYC is rejected? @BestBanker

Amex doesn't have any waiting period. You can reapply instantly

Apply offline. Online within 90 days VYKC gets pulled by default. You cant do VKYC
