Amex rejected

hi my Amex application no 20232256902360INR for platinum card got rejected on the account of blacklisted area. On contacting the customer support, they asked to apply with new mailing address as my office address after 3 months. Is there a way possible to reapply on urgent basis.

You can change your address in any of the address proof if you want the card.

But they are fixed on 3 month period.

I had applied 10 days back for gold charge card and post vKYC my application got rejected due to internal policies, i gave Amex support a call and they said they couldn't reveal the reason why my application got rejected. I have good cibil 25+LPA package some decent card with good limit.
