Interestingly, MRCC has been bestowed with almost triple the credit limit compared to Gold card (I know it is NPSL charge card!) I think good combination for Amex should be MRCC with gold charge and if third card is to be taken then Plat Reserve is a good one , it comes with all Amex benefits attached to it
And I have heard if we get rid of gold and airport lounge benefits then Amex waives off full charges
And I guess only golf benefits withdrawal should waive off atleast 50% of charges

I have a question, why did you go with complimentary Priority pass membership when there are no free international lounge visits with the Amex PL Travel?

Yes, it's a separate process. It will be directly processed by Priority Pass office. You need to fill the form received with card and sent it to to address mentioned. PP will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.
