Annual Fee reversed for Neu Infinity Card (Jan 2025)

Hello Guys,

FYI post, recently got charged with Annual fees (1499 + 269 GST) on my Neu Infinity Card as spends criteria was not met for auto fee waiver.
Requested customer care to close the card since I already hold Infinia & DCB; but bank offered fee reversal as one time gesture. But declined request for conversion to LTF card.

Fee got reversed after 4 days of request, waiting for GST part to be reversed now.

Hi Had applied this card as LTF, When the card came it was not written in the letter and immediately i email them about it and got a reply that after card is activated it will be automatically changed to LTF within 90 days for eligible customers in the campaign. However, i was charged an annual fees on 27th November 2025, I have requested for card closure now.

Same happened for me. I got this card offered as LTF on Tata Neu app. I jumped and applied. But forgot to take screenshot of the LTF offer. Later they charged me and but offered fee reversal. Is there any way to get LTF ?
