I had raised a request to pno for annual fee waiver on my freecharge plus credit which they denied so I asked to cancel my credit card after which I got a call from them to retain me, later I asked them for annual fee waiver for which they asked to spend 10,000 Rs in 90 days for annual fee waiver. Also i asked the customer care if they can convert my axis ace credit card to ltf to which they replied was not possible but they could waive my annual fees if i could atleast spend rs 1,60,000 in an anniversary year instead of Rs 2,00,000 Rs required and this was applicable for all customers.
