Any agent available for SBI Cashback CC Approval/ Cashback CC got rejected

Hi Guys,
So I applied for Cashback CC for my father and it got rejected stating internal policy. I escalated it through Nodal/Principal Nodal/Head Card service team but everyone just states Internal policy rejection line(like a tape recorder) instead of giving the actual reason.

Is there any agent available who can actually help in getting the cashback card approval?

search for the sbicard kiosks/branch. There they can see the rejection reasons by entering your PAN.

Wont show the exact reason, but the keyword will help you guess the actual reason.

Does he have lots of credit cards (total credit limit higher than income) , then might be the "approval overleveraged" reason!
