Any aggregator site for Reward Points?

Hi,

Just wanted to understand if there is any site that can help with aggregation of reward points across different hotel programs? Here is the thought: Let's say if someone wants to go to a city where all hotel chains are present. So one can use Accor, Readisson, Bonvoy or any other. But if one is chain agnostic how does one chose what could maximise the RP value across diff programs on that given day / period? Is there any such resource or can it be built? If there is, one could theoretically input all points available across diff reward programs and optimise on best value / RP right?

Most reward points are meant so that you can't redeem it easily
