I used to load paytm wallet 1500x4 .. using fuel wallet cashback offer .. now looks like its gone .. any alternative to it ?

You can buy Amazon pay voucher from Amex Rewards Portal , and can use those to pay for bills ( mobile recharge, electricity, etc)

Yes I am doing for last 6 months.
They don't give normal reward points but they do give milestone points.

Yes for both monthly milestone.
Gateway charges are little less than 1%. But that you can make up by paying bill with hdfc billpay.
