Any bank that allows UPI on add-on card?

I currently hold Neu infinity, BOB snapdeal (virtual) and ICICI coral. already asked ICICI, they have been replying its a WIP and will be available soon (for the last few months). BOB doesn't offer it, same for hdfc.
