Any Card Left which counts Rent Payments for Milestones?

Hi,
Huge liability of rent payments. Presently paying through bank transfers. Any credit card still left which counts Rent Payment for milestone benefits.

1. Does IDFC First Weslth counts Rent payment for counting initial threshold to give incremental eccelerated rewards?

2. HDFC MB

3. SBI Vistara Signature

3. SBI Ai India Signature

DCB Metal counts rent through redgirraffe ( payzapp ) for quarterly milestone.

IDFC Ashva gives rewards point for it.

HDFC Regalia, Regalia Gold, TataNeu Infinity, Swiggy.
IDFC First Select, Wealth
ICICI Emeralde Private Metal, Sapphiro

Does any of them qualify for rent payments to provide the milestone benefits?
If not, which card can I apply to sort my rent payments out that's comparatively easier to get?
My requirement is to come out net positive in reward points or atleast achieve milestone benefits by paying rent only.

Please suggest, as my rent payment is a hefty amount (70k/m).

try getting hdfc dcbm, redgiraffe 0.45% + 1% hdfc charges.. 210k will help to meet 4L per quarter milestone for 10k reward points

or else hdfc marriot bonvoy... it provides multiple annual milestones at 6L, 9L, 15L with free award nights

2. For HDFC Marriott Bonvoy, how do I use it to pay rent?
Is it like registering on RedGiraffe and paying directly there? Or there's some way to register it as a biller on SmartBuy?
Please tell me the steps to do it.
And, will the rent payment provide me with the base reward points (2 per Rs. 150) as well or will I be hitting the milestone benefits only?

3. How about IDFC Ashva and how does it compare with MB? I read it was suggested above in this post.

4. Also, doesn't Regalia/Regalia Gold help in rent? Although I have them LTF.

there is a way to do it by adding as a biller on smartbuy, some people have reported hdfc ka extra 1% charge nai laga uspe. I am only a CC holder (no bank account in hdfc) and this was possible to do on the netbanking.

For Regalia Gold, rental transactions are not considered for reward points. Toh kya fir bhi ye milestones achieve k liye count hoga?

I did not see any exclusion for rent payments in MB, correct me if I'm wrong.

Im not sure tbh. I saw an option to add it on hdfc credit card NetBanking portal not smartbuy. But that might be because I don't have an account with hdfc.
