Not sure about HDFC and BoB but if you're holding Axis Flipkart Card you would have received a sms having a referral link to BYOP (Bring Your Own People) 🙅.

Not sure, may be you need to get it approved from AXIS or so.

when I applied for myZone LTF card of Axis through Sid's(cardsexpert.in) link , it took to this IPA7 link of his (https://clctab.axisbank.co.in/DigitalChannel/WebForm/?ipa67)

That may be referenced for him or so is what I would assume, from AXIS side as well.
